since leaving authors positive comments is all the rage right now, this is a catch-all feedback meme for all any of your favorite authors! want to compliment an author's writing in general, not just a specific fic? this is the place to do it!

anonymous commenting is on.

1. writers: leave a comment with your username, writing journal, comm, or ao3. please also mention if you'd like constructive criticism since concrit can be positive!

Hello hello!!

I'm not very good at leaving comments but I just wanted to put out that Crashing made me want to delete all my fics because it was so good and I can never achieve anything :'D

It's that balance between the characters and their interactions and actually having intelligent plot pulling them along. In the ZE fandom 'intelligent' is generally a bad word for me (too many pretend intellectuals lol) but in your writing it's the Real Thing and I'm left in awe of that.

You also have a very wide range when it comes to different characters (they always feel like they are their own separate person, which is like 'But D every character is like that?' it should be like that but people often forget), not to speak of genre.

Excited to read all your new fics!! (Just for you Jen, I will read that Ship. :'D)

I couldn't think of the best way to respond to this comment because it is too kind and thoughtful. <3 :'D hush "Cat's cradle" made me feel the same way. You dunno how much it means to me to hear that re: characterization because I find it so hard! And the plotting being "intelligent" omfg thank you I will take that compliment. Honestly that you read my stuff and then sat here and thought of detailed compliments amazes me because I'm a marshmallow when it comes to receiving praise.
