since leaving authors positive comments is all the rage right now, this is a catch-all feedback meme for all any of your favorite authors! want to compliment an author's writing in general, not just a specific fic? this is the place to do it!

anonymous commenting is on.

I found you via Scarlet Ribbons many many many years ago and to this day my memories of that fic are still so fond and vivid! I loved how full and fleshed-out the world felt, whether you were taking me into the Koneko or into Aya's dream world, and the characters all rang out so true to how I knew them that it was like coming home. I still go back to reread it sometimes. :') And I'm pretty sure it's one of the reasons I'm writing today; I feel like it found me at just the right time to light a fire in my mind, so thank you!

I love your Merlin and Doctor Who fic- long after I stopped watching either show I'd still come back and read your stories. Your James/Thomas/Miranda fic always puts me in tears! You write tenderness and love so well. This also applies to that one Billy/Flint fic you wrote - I was skeptical of reading Billy/Flint, even if it was yours, but by the end of it I was RUINED.

I hadn't actually read any of your fic before, but I saw Doctrine of Labyrinths and my brain went "!!!" and it was lovely. Poor Gideon. I spent most of his time in the series wanting to give the poor kid a hug. Loving Felix cannot possibly be easy.

I LOVED your 'Chapel of the Damned'. It had a super nice mix of metaphor/poetic language and realism, and it integrated the two groups of characters really smoothly. I've put your Bodies-verse on my to-read list now, and I'm looking forward to it!

I just went through some of your Snape drabbles! You do a great job getting inside his head in so few words and showcasing the things he loathes about himself and his situation while also shining a light on his arrogance and making him very human. Some great turns of phrase, too. I was particularly fond of "He would stare disconsolately at the miniscule pile of silver in his mother’s vault and face reality as cold as the absent gold."
